1. India is all set to celebrate its 75th Republic Day on 26 January 2024.
Facts about Republic Day.
(a) Republic Day in India to commemorate the day when India officially became a republic in 1950.
(b) Every year, many across the country remain confused about who will unfurl the flag on this special day. To set it straight, Prime Minister will not unfurl the national flag on Republic Day. It will be the President.
(d) On Independence Day, the prime minister hoists the flag from the bottom of the pole at Red Fort. It symbolises India's emergence from colonial clutches.
(e) Republic Day involves the President unfurling the flag, already at the peak with flowers tied to it. This act signifies that India, having already gained independence, celebrates its established freedom and the enactment of its Constitution.
(f)Why it will be celebrate on 26 Jan? Because In 1930, the Indian National Congress started observing 26 January as India's Independence Day to honour India’s freedom fighters.
When India's Constitution was set to be officially adopted in 1950, this date was chosen to remember the 1930 call for ‘Purna Swaraj’ or complete independence. On 26 January 1950, India officially became a republic.
(g) On Independence Day, the prime minister raises the national flag at Red Fort. However, Republic Day starts with the President of India unfurling the flag at Kartavya Path, earlier called Rajpath and originally named Kingsway.

*😳WHY❓❓❓*
=======================
*Why we celebrate Republic day on 26 January. ....??*
Republic Day honors the date on which the Constitution of India came into force on 26 January 1950 replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India.
The Constitution was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, and came into effect on 26 January 1950 with a democratic government system, completing the country's transition towards becoming an independent republic.
26 January was chosen as the Republic day because it was on this day in 1930 when the Declaration of Indian Independence (Purna Swaraj) was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress as opposed to the Dominion status offered by the British Regime.

🤔 *HOW IT WORKS* ⁉ =======================
*How we woke correct time in the morning. How our age brings changes in our physical appearance...How It happens* 🤔
It is because of Biological clock⏰ that we have in our mind. Biological clocks are an organism's innate timing device. They're composed of specific molecules (proteins) that interact in cells throughout the body. Biological clocks are found in nearly every tissue and organ.
The circadian biological clock is controlled by a part of the brain called the *Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN),* a group of cells in the hypothalamus that respond to light and dark signals. From the optic nerve of the eye, light travels to the SCN, signaling the internal clock that it is time to be awake.
It is the program that limits the lifespan of an individual. Circadian clock, a molecular mechanism that results in a circadian rhythm in a living organism. Circadian rhythm, biological process that displays an oscillation about 24 hours, such as the human sleep-wake cycle (the "body clock"), mensuration process in women.
Biological clocks are an organism’s innate timing device. They’re composed of specific molecules (proteins) that interact in cells throughout the body. Biological clocks are found in nearly every tissue and organ. Researchers have identified similar genes in people, fruit flies, mice, fungi, and several other organisms that are responsible for making the clock’s components.

*Low Blood Pressure Symptoms and How to Manage Them*
Blood pressure, or BP, is the force of blood against the blood vessel walls. Blood is pumped throughout the entire body by the heart.
Blood pressure is measured with two different numbers.
The first or top number is called systolic pressure. This is the pressure while the heart is beating.
The second or bottom number is called diastolic pressure. It’s the pressure while the heart rests between beats. Diastolic pressure is typically lower than systolic pressure.
Typical healthy blood pressure is about 120/80 mm HgIt’s not uncommon for the numbers to fluctuate slightly throughout the day.
*The symptoms of low blood pressure can include:*
blurred vision
confusion
depression
dizziness
fainting
fatigue
feeling cold
feeling thirsty
an inability to concentrate
nausea
sweating
*How to raise low blood pressure*

3. Limit or avoid alcohol
4. Eat more salt
5. Wear compression
stockings
Elastic stockings or socks can help prevent blood from pooling in your legs.
*Note* ;: Some serious bacterial, viral, and fungal infections can cause low blood pressure. Your doctor can find out if you have an infection with a blood test. Treatment includes IV antibiotics and antiviral drugs.
