Differences between equitable mortgage and registered mortgage
Dear FRIENDS The main differences between the two is the type of mortgage in case of registered mortgage the borrower has to get his property mortgage before giving in hands of the lender .he has to get it registered in the office of sub registrar for getting the charge noted in favour of the lender.when the loan is repaid again the person has to go to the sub registrar for removing the charge in the favour of lender .so in case of registered mortgage there is two steps but in the simple mortgage the borrower binds himself with the property mortgage that he may repay the loan.in simple mortgage no scene of registration comes into the picture
