                                                              Zero Date 

The zero date of a project signals the effective start of the project. The completion of 

projection will be counted from this point of time. It is important to ensure that all 

activities that effect project performance like arrangement of finance, infrastructure 

facilities, government and clearance etc. are fully dealt/designed / established / started 

by this time.
